Electrically-Actuated / Hydraulic Atomizing

Electrically-Actuated / Hydraulic Atomizing nozzles use only liquid pressure as the force for atomization and they provide the fastest cycling of any automatic nozzles – up to 25,000 cycles per minute. PulsaJet® nozzles available with food-grade materials of construction, sanitary connections, liquid recirculation and temperature control for spraying viscous liquids. When paired with an AutoJet® spray controller, these nozzles offer Precision Spray Control (PSC), ensuring consistent application rates at varying line speeds and enabling low flow rates which are comparable to air atomizing nozzles.
