Standard Feature

The QuickJet® and UniJet® Nozzle Systems provide nozzle bodies with interchangeable spray tips. QuickJet bodies and tips are designated with “Q” as the first letter in the part number and offer quick-connect convenience with automatic spray pattern alignment. UniJet bodies and tips use a threaded retaining cap to complete the assembly. Both QuickJet and UniJet nozzles are available in a wide variety of spray patterns, flow rates and materials of construction.

Many hydraulic spray nozzles include a numeric capacity size in the part number. Capacity size is often related to the flow rate of the nozzle at the rated spray pressure for that nozzle. For example, the capacity size for a 1/4HH10 FullJet® nozzle is “10”, which reflects a 3,78 lpm flow rate at 0,68 bar.

Product Type

A nozzle’s spray pattern is the shape the liquid forms after it emerges from the orifice. Nozzles are precision engineered to produce specific spray patterns such as full cone, flat spray, hollow cone and solid stream patterns. Different spray patterns are useful for different types of spray operations.
