Threaded nozzles are typically offered with tapered pipe threads. NPT and BSPT threads are the most common. Other thread types are available for selected nozzles.

Standard hydraulic nozzles range in connection size from 1/8” threaded nozzles up to those with 12” flange connections. Larger connection sizes typically have larger flow rates but a wide variety of configurations are available to meet your application needs.

GunJet spray guns are available for a wide range of operating pressures. The maximum operating pressure for any Low Pressure GunJet spray gun is 17 bar. The maximum operating pressure for any Medium Pressure GunJet spray gun is 69 bar. The maximum operating pressure for any High Pressure GunJet spray gun is 275 bar. Spray nozzles are manufactured from a wide variety of materials that have been determined to meet the usual requirements of the applications most commonly associated with that type of nozzle. Standard materials include brass, steel, various stainless steels, hardened stainless steels, many plastics and various carbides. Spray nozzles can also be supplied in other materials upon special request. Materials of construction affect nozzle wear life and resistance to corrosion and abrasion.
