The nozzle height is set to ensure the optimal spray pattern overlap, which is necessary for uniform coverage based on the spacing of the nozzles across the spray boom.

The QuickJet® and UniJet® Nozzle Systems provide nozzle bodies with interchangeable spray tips. QuickJet bodies and tips are designated with “Q” as the first letter in the part number and offer quick-connect convenience with automatic spray pattern alignment. UniJet bodies and tips use a threaded retaining cap to complete the assembly. Both QuickJet and UniJet nozzles are available in a wide variety of spray patterns, flow rates and materials of construction.

For example, the capacity size for a 1/4HH10 FullJet® nozzle is “10”, which reflects a 3,78 lpm flow rate at 0,68 bar.
