Relative Drop Size Range

- Nozzle - Body _(a nozzle body without a spray tip)_
- Tip _(a spray tip without a nozzle body)_
- Assembly _(a complete nozzle assembly including both a nozzle body and a spray tip)_

Product Type

Threaded nozzles are available with male (external) threads or female (internal) threads.

Inlet Connection Gender

A nozzle’s spray pattern is the shape the liquid forms after it emerges from the orifice. Nozzles are precision engineered to produce specific spray patterns such as full cone, flat spray, hollow cone and solid stream patterns. Different spray patterns are useful for different types of spray operations.

FloodJet® Deflected Flat Spray Nozzle Systems - Wide Angle Spray - Tapered Edge

Deflected flat spray nozzles provide both wide and narrow spray angle options. FloodJet® nozzles provide spray angles up to 150° and are ideal for coating operations requiing wide coverage. FlatJet® spray nozzles provide narrow spray angles ranging form 15° to 50° which are idea for conveyor cleaning and other applications requiring high impact. The round orifices of FloodJet and FlatJet nozzles minimize clogging.
