Threaded nozzles are typically offered with tapered pipe threads. NPT and BSPT threads are the most common. Other thread types are available for selected nozzles.

Standard hydraulic nozzles range in connection size from 1/8” threaded nozzles up to those with 12” flange connections. Larger connection sizes typically have larger flow rates but a wide variety of configurations are available to meet your application needs.

GunJet spray guns are available for a wide range of operating pressures. The maximum operating pressure for any Low Pressure GunJet spray gun is 250 psi (17 bar). The maximum operating pressure for any Medium Pressure GunJet spray gun is 1000 psi (69 bar). The maximum operating pressure for any High Pressure GunJet spray gun is 4000 psi (275 bar). Be sure to check the specifications for each GunJet spray gun carefully and follow all safety guidelines.

Standard materials include brass, steel, various stainless steels, hardened stainless steels, many plastics and various carbides. Spray nozzles can also be supplied in other materials upon special request. Materials of construction affect nozzle wear life and resistance to corrosion and abrasion.
