Product Type

Spray nozzles are manufactured from a wide variety of materials that have been determined to meet the usual requirements of the applications most commonly associated with that type of nozzle. Standard materials include brass, steel, various stainless steels, hardened stainless steels, many plastics and various carbides. Spray nozzles can also be supplied in other materials upon special request. Materials of construction affect nozzle wear life and resistance to corrosion and abrasion.

A nozzle’s spray pattern is the shape the liquid forms after it emerges from the orifice. Nozzles are precision engineered to produce specific spray patterns such as full cone, flat spray, hollow cone and solid stream patterns. SUVXE Air Atomizing Set-up

Air-Actuated / Air Atomizing use compressed air for liquid atomization and also to control air cylinder operation for accurate intermittent spraying (up to 180 cycles per minute). A wide variety of nozzle bodies is available for convenient mounting and positioning. Models available with clean-out needles, shut-off needles, swivels and strainers to optimize performance. Liquid lines can be pressure-fed, siphon-fed or gravity-fed.
