Product Type

Spray nozzles are manufactured from a wide variety of materials that have been determined to meet the usual requirements of the applications most commonly associated with that type of nozzle. Standard materials include brass, steel, various stainless steels, hardened stainless steels, many plastics and various carbides. Spray nozzles can also be supplied in other materials upon special request. Materials of construction affect nozzle wear life and resistance to corrosion and abrasion.

Material Composition

A nozzle’s spray pattern is the shape the liquid forms after it emerges from the orifice. Nozzles are precision engineered to produce specific spray patterns such as full cone, flat spray, hollow cone and solid stream patterns. Different spray patterns are useful for different types of spray operations.

WashJet® High Impact Nozzles - Quick-Connect Spray Tips - MEG/WEG

High impact WashJet® nozzles are ideal for pressure washing and car washing applications. Threaded and quick-connect WashJet nozzles operate at pressures up to 4000 psi (275 bar) and are available in a wide variety of spray angles and flow rates. Ultra-high-pressure nozzles are also available, with operating pressures up to 60,000 psi (4000 bar).
