Product Type

Spray nozzles are manufactured from a wide variety of materials that have been determined to meet the usual requirements of the applications most commonly associated with that type of nozzle. Standard materials include brass, steel, various stainless steels, hardened stainless steels, many plastics and various carbides. Spray nozzles can also be supplied in other materials upon special request. Materials of construction affect nozzle wear life and resistance to corrosion and abrasion.

Standard air atomizing nozzles mix liquid and compressed air to produce a finely atomized spray pattern. Hundreds of spray set-ups are available to produce a variety of spray patterns. Models are available with clean-out needles, shut-off needles, swivels and strainers to optimize performance.
